What the work is like
Fewer meetings, more real work
At HDCODE a developer follows a project from hearing the client describe the problem through to the system running on a production server. You are not handed a ticket to close and pass along.
In return we need people who ask questions until the requirement is clear before writing code, and who stay responsible for what they build.
