How we work

Six steps, each producing a written deliverable. Offshore projects fail on visibility more than on code, so visibility is what we build the process around.

  • 1

    Requirement intake

You send a description or we take a call. We ask about the unclear parts, outline the rough scope and tell you immediately whether this is work we can do well. There is no charge for this stage.

Output: written requirement summary · 1–2 days
  • 2

    Discovery and estimate

We analyse the business logic and break the work into line items with effort and cost against each. You can see where the money goes and drop items that do not fit the budget.

Output: itemised quote and scope · 2–5 days
  • 3

    Contract and NDA

The contract covers deliverables, milestones, warranty, IP ownership and confidentiality. Deposit is paid and work begins. We issue compliant invoices for international payment.

Output: signed contract · 1–3 days
  • 4

    Design and development

Interfaces are approved before code is written. From day one you have a staging URL and a weekly written progress report, so you are never waiting until the end to see the product.

    Output: working builds per increment
  • 5

    Testing and acceptance

We test against the functional checklist agreed in the contract and clear defects before handing over for your acceptance. Issues you find during acceptance are fixed before sign-off.

Output: signed acceptance record · 3–7 days
  • 6

    Handover and warranty

Source code, database, deployment documentation and a walkthrough session for your team. Twelve months of free technical warranty begins on the acceptance date.

    Output: code, documentation, 12-month warranty

How you stay informed

The thing that frustrates clients about offshore development is rarely delay itself — it is delay nobody told them about. We fix the reporting rhythm at the start so that cannot happen quietly.

  • One named point of contact for the whole project
  • Written progress report every week, whether or not there is news
  • Staging environment you can open at any time
  • Out-of-scope work flagged and priced before it starts
Commitments

What goes into the contract

Not verbal assurances at a kick-off meeting — clauses you can hold us to.

Price holds

On fixed-price work the signed figure is the final figure. Extra cost applies only to changes you request outside scope and approve in writing.

Milestones with remedies

Delivery dates are contractual, with agreed remedies if we miss them through our own fault.

Confidentiality

NDA signed before we receive your documents, and production data is never used on test environments.

Complete handover

Source code, database, documentation and all administrative accounts transfer to you on acceptance.

Start at step one?

Requirement intake costs nothing. Send a description and we will tell you whether this is something we can build.
